Suntied is here to help ensure your solar system is working optimally. If your system is not functioning or you are having trouble give us a call and we'll get back to you ASAP. If your problem occurs under warranty, is not the result of changed components on your cart, was not caused by an accident and you are still in the area we will service your cart for free. If your problem occurs outside of the warranty or you got a new battery with different charging parameters our service call fee for the 32081 zip code is $95/hour (1 hour minimum).

Adjusting Settings on your Solar Charge Controller

If you purchase a new battery for your cart after we've installed a Suntied solar roller solar charge kit, it may be necessary to adjust the solar charging parameters. It is important for your safety that the settings of your preprogramed solar charge controller only be adjusted by knowledgable professionals. Adjusting the voltage settings or battery type in the charge controller incorrectly could result in damage or unsafe charging conditions.
