Sizing and Overview

We install three different-sized systems. We recommend going with as many panels on your roof as you can fit. The SRE1 has a single panel and is perfect for a two or four-seater cart with a small roof. The SRE2 is a two-panel system that fits most four-seater cart roofs and produces twice as much energy as the single-panel system. The SRE3 is our most recommended system and features a three-panel system that provides the most range-extending power.

Our systems require no maintenance, no roof modifications, needs less than 1” of garage clearance, and are backed by a one-year parts and labor warranty.

Product Details

The Suntied Golf Cart Solar Range Extender Automated Solar System pairs perfectly with any electric golf cart. It is available in single panel, dual panel or three panel configurations that add 4-12 miles of travel per day.* 

The Suntied Solar Range Extender kits are compatible with any battery type from standard lead-acid to lithium ion and any golf cart manufacturer. This system provides a safe way to extend your cart's range and does not effect usage of your cart's existing plug-in charger. Monitor solar output and charging via Bluetooth and an App on your phone.

Once installed, you are charging anytime your Suntied cart hits the sun, whether you're driving down the road or parked at the beach. Stop worrying about battery life and get tied to the sun.

Professional Installation

All Suntied Solar Range Extender systems are installed by a Certified Suntied installer and calibrated to your specific cart's operating voltage (36v or 48v). Our innovative installation system requires no modification to your roof or existing charging system. While completely removable, it is permanently locked on via two stainless steel Suntied Solar Safe Anti-Theft Cables, which are secured to your roof rails to ensure your system remains your system. 

Worried about garage door clearance? The system requires less than one inch of clearance between the top of your cart's roof and your garage door opening. Give us an inch and we'll give you the miles!

Power Ratings:

• SRE1 (single 130 watt Monocrystalline panel) - Produces 100 watts peak of charge power adding up to 4 miles of extended range per day.*
• SRE2 (dual 130 watt Monocrystalline panels) - Produces 200 watts peak of charge power adding up to 8 miles of extended range per day.
• SRE3 (three 130 watt Monocrystalline panels) - 300 watts peak of charge power adding up to 12 miles of extended range per day.*

Warranty and Service

Happiness is what Suntied is all about, so if you're not happy, we're on it! We stand by our products and installation with a 1-year limited warranty. If any of the equipment or installation fails within a year of installation, we'll come to you and fix or replace it. As long as the equipment was not damaged by external conditions (think meteor, tree, accident or flood) and you still live in our service area, we'll make it right. Outside of the warranty, we service our systems at affordable service rates that will get you up and soaking in rays in no time.

Payment and Installation Scheduling:

Whether you pay-in-full, or opt for the deposit, after your order is submitted, we will contact you to get the details of your cart and schedule your installation. Payments are fully-refundable prior to installation.

Installations are typically scheduled within 3-4 weeks of an order. Installation is currently available in the Jacksonville, FL St. Augustine, FL and Southern Georgia.

* Our range estimates are conservative, but the additional range provided by solar is dependent on factors such as: the number of panels, amount of sunshine, vehicle size/weight, terrain, speed traveled and your current battery's condition.
